A D&I assessment includes several elements:

  • Organizational Assessment: A review of core H.R. policies and processes to identify inclusion gaps which can then later be corrected through our H.R. facilitated workshops.
  • Leaders: A self-assessment for leaders functions as a baseline for their inclusive leadership journey. This self-assessment is then compared with their articulated “to-be” goals and an action plan is then be developed.
  • Team: A 360 feedback of the team’s leader and a pulse survey related to inclusion and employee engagement provides leaders and their organizations with objective and anonymous feedback about the employee experience.

The audit results in a report which includes key findings, areas of excellence and areas for improvement across the three categories. The assessment also provides the foundation for determining the maturity model of the organization’s inclusive leadership and customizing the D&I journey roadmap.
